“On Sunday 9th June we celebrated Pentecost Sunday out at St Paul’s Anglican School in Strathpine. It was an uplifting time of worship which included the reading of Acts 2. 1-21 in 7 different languages at the same time, while the children waved flame coloured ribbons. The English version was on the PowerPoint and in the pew sheet! It was truly a wonderful mingling of voices. The service was followed by a very happy and relaxed BBQ under the trees back at The Church of the Resurrection. It is hoped to hold BBQ’s like this on a Sunday morning on a more frequent basis in the future.”
